Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for high-throughput inference and reduced latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate AI agents into complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Implement robust security and governance protocols for proprietary AI models.
- Conduct R&D on emerging AI paradigms to keep the stack future-proof.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
