Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global tech/socioeconomic shifts through 2030 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with market evolution
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies (AI ethics, quantum adoption, climate resilience)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory signals affecting long-term strategy
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Published work on emerging tech or societal transformation (blog/whitepaper/podcast)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence points
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
