Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Lead the technical design of the Project 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to integrate novel techniques into our production stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
