Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Pipelines: Design and implement scalable, high-performance pipelines for training and fine-tuning large language models.
- Agent Orchestration: Develop and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and task execution.
- Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Create advanced prompting strategies to maximize model output quality and safety.
- MLOps Implementation: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining cycles.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement safety guidelines and guardrails to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging papers and integrating breakthrough technologies into our production stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and model fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT).
- Experience deploying models to production using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RLHF, and evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business value.
