Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Chief AI Architect to spearhead the development of our next-generation Autonomous Agent Ecosystem, designed to define the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence in the year 2026. You will be at the forefront of building self-correcting, multimodal AI systems capable of complex reasoning and autonomous decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable inference pipelines for high-parameter LLMs (100B+ parameters).
- Design and train Agentic Workflows that enable AI agents to perform complex, multi-step reasoning without human intervention.
- Optimize model training throughput and reduce inference latency using distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks for model safety, bias mitigation, and hallucination reduction.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready software features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and modern NLP techniques.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI principles.
