As a Senior AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade software, ensuring our AI solutions are scalable, secure, and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research and fine-tune foundation models to improve performance on specific enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Implement robust MLOps practices for model monitoring and retraining.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Experience deploying models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
