Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, identifying key opportunities and threats.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Spatial Computing, Blockchain) to assess their potential impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future visions into actionable quarterly goals.
- Design resilience strategies to mitigate risks associated with rapid technological evolution.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Evaluate and integrate futuristic methodologies into our current agile frameworks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and influencing organizational direction.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and future-of-work paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Future Studies is a plus.
