Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and lead the long-term technological strategy to ensure our infrastructure is future-proof for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Next-Gen System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling quantum-level data processing and AI-driven decision making.
- Tech Stack Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing, edge AI, and predictive algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, product management, and engineering teams to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cutting-edge cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data in a decentralized ecosystem.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers in adopting best practices for future-forward development.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Core Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies like Quantum Computing, Blockchain 2.0, or Synthetic Biology integration.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
