Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI agent architectures using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines for low-latency and high-throughput environments.
- Lead research initiatives into multimodal AI and emergent capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical curiosity.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building production-grade Machine Learning systems.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformers.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to cloud or edge environments.
