Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art neural networks (e.g., Transformers, GANs).
- Implement rigorous testing strategies and ensure the reliability of deployed models.
- Work with large datasets to improve model accuracy and reduce bias.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations.
- Document technical specifications and architectural decisions clearly.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong track record of delivering production-ready code.
