- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on tech strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills with history of influencing C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future-focused publications
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
