Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic timeframe and beyond.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies such as Artificial General Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Biology.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions.
- Analyze market trends to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape.
- Present high-level strategy to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Forge strategic partnerships with key industry innovators and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of long-term technological forecasting and scenario planning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across large organizations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
