In this role, you will drive the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, focusing on scalable neural networks, autonomous agent architectures, and next-gen Generative AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI models targeting 2026 benchmarks.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-scale deployment and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify emerging trends in Quantum Computing and Large Language Models.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at a global scale.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
