Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and self-correction.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- RAG Implementation: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure factual accuracy and context awareness.
- Safety & Alignment: Develop and implement guardrails and safety protocols to prevent hallucinations and ensure ethical AI behavior.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define the 2026 technical roadmap and deliver cutting-edge features.
Qualifications
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Machine Learning/AI.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
