Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI agent architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domain applications.
- Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agent knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into production environments.
- Conduct research into novel AI architectures and publish findings to drive industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the AI team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep understanding of machine learning libraries.
- Strong experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI API, LangChain).
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
