Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize AI models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI infrastructure using cloud technologies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV).
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
