Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments using Python and modern frameworks.
- Lead research initiatives into novel AI architectures, including NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance, scalability, and low latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
