Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from exploratory data analysis to model deployment and MLOps implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, reducing inference latency in production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python, with deep knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-ready code and manage complex ML pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
