Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define and implement innovative product features.
- Participate in a structured rotational program across our Core Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Product Engineering divisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to our rigorous quality standards and code review processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive the technical roadmap for products launching in 2026 and beyond.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through our mentorship and leadership training tracks.
Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to think critically and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for building inclusive and collaborative environments.
- Previous internship experience or significant project contributions in software development is a strong plus.
