- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI deployment, data privacy, and model governance.

- Identify strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities within the AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise-grade machine learning models and LLM applications.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
