Responsibilities
- Architect Decentralized Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance blockchain protocols and smart contract architectures for the 2026 ecosystem.
- AI Integration: Develop and optimize machine learning models that interact seamlessly with blockchain networks, focusing on predictive analytics and automated decision-making.
- Security Auditing: Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits to ensure the integrity and safety of all smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Performance Optimization: Enhance transaction throughput and reduce latency in complex distributed systems using advanced caching and sharding techniques.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct architecture reviews, and drive technical strategy within cross-functional teams.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Blockchain, and Web3 to propose innovative solutions for future challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Blockchain (Solidity, Rust) or AI (Python, TensorFlow).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- AI Knowledge: Experience deploying ML models in production environments and integrating them with external APIs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation.
- Remote Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote capacity with a focus on distributed team collaboration.
