We are looking for a Lead Next-Gen AI Research Engineer to design scalable, adaptive systems that will define the technological landscape of the decade ahead.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum computing concepts and practical, deployable neural architectures. You will lead a world-class team of researchers and engineers tasked with solving complex, unsolved problems in autonomous decision-making and predictive modeling.

Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of our proprietary 'Project 2026' neural grid, ensuring high scalability and fault tolerance.
- Oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines to enhance processing speed.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define technical requirements and roadmap strategic goals.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and synthetic data generation.
- Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security and ethical AI standards.
- Present technical findings and project milestones to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical storytelling.
