Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for Nexus Future Systems, specifically mapping out the evolution of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents by the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on efficiency and interpretability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into market-ready solutions.
- Risk Management: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Cloud Architecture or Machine Learning Engineering are a plus.
