Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning and deep learning infrastructure for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum-ready algorithms, preparing our roadmap for 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimization & Performance: Drive the optimization of neural networks and data pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Modeling: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading innovation in AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
