- Optimize Performance: Drive the optimization of model inference latency and resource utilization to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on self-supervised learning and federated learning techniques.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex technical requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
