Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a team of 5+ data scientists and ML engineers to ensure delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend developers.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
