- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and MVP development for emerging technologies
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Present innovation insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
