Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture: Define and implement the core machine learning infrastructure required to support our long-term strategic goals for the year 2026.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy state-of-the-art generative models and neural networks with a focus on low-latency inference and high scalability.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research into emerging AI paradigms, including self-supervised learning and neuromorphic computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex 2026 visions into deployable code.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish engineering best practices and mentor a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous safety and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Spark).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to plan for long-term technological trends and architectural shifts (e.g., Quantum AI integration).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
