Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive roadmap for 2026, identifying key growth vectors and technological milestones.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) and assess their potential application within our ecosystem.
- Project Management: Oversee cross-functional innovation projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve 2026 goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global market trends to keep Horizon Dynamics ahead of the competition in the upcoming year.
- Resource Allocation: Identify gaps in current capabilities and propose strategic investments in talent, technology, and infrastructure for the 2026 cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and navigate complex business environments with a focus on 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML) and their business applications.
