The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep technical acumen, and excels at communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Partner with R&D to evaluate and prioritize disruptive technologies for investment
- Build cross-functional coalitions to drive innovation initiatives and adoption
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives required
