- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops on emerging AI paradigms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into viable, high-performance technical products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to ensure real-time processing speeds and energy efficiency in distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy focus on AI/ML and system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
