Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) capable of complex task decomposition and execution.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering pipelines and Agentic Workflows for LLMs.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring systems for autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to integrate vector databases and semantic search capabilities.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI agent behaviors to ensure safety and alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and their limitations.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of System Design principles, API development, and microservices architecture.
