Responsibilities

- Conduct rigorous audits of machine learning models to identify and mitigate bias, ensuring fairness and accountability.
- Collaborate with technical leads to integrate privacy-by-design principles into core system architecture.
- Develop internal policies for the ethical use of Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Train cross-functional teams on emerging ethical risks and compliance best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, legal, and executive leadership regarding AI risk management.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in law, policy, or compliance, with a focus on technology or data privacy (GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and machine learning concepts.
- Experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex legal concepts for technical teams.
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguous regulatory environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIPP/E, or AI Ethics certification) are a plus.
