Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating Generative AI and Next-Gen computing paradigms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements for future-proofing our products.
- Oversee the deployment of high-performance machine learning models and neural networks.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with evolving global tech standards.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms) and evaluate their integration potential.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and cloud migrations.
- Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
