Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technological, economic, and geopolitical trends using AI-driven scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to deconstruct emerging paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Produce strategic white papers and investor briefings on 2026 market opportunities and disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Represent Horizon at Davos, TED, and futurist councils as a thought leader
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts using cutting-edge foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning frameworks
- Published work on singularity economics, climate AI, or neuro-technology
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy for 2020-2025 trends
