Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation blueprints
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning for executive decision-making
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) through strategic roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at premier innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
