Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Define best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models in production environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Quantum AI) and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture roles.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying complex ML systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
