Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred) with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical visions and leading teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
