Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical vision and architecture for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the transition from current capabilities to future state technologies, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed machine learning systems and high-performance computing environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of data pipelines and model inference to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree or PhD is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing long-term architectural strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
