Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ethicists
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate into actionable innovation projects
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through strategic proposals
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global tech leaders
- Present findings at World Economic Forum and CES 2026
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Track record of securing $10M+ in government/private research funding
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and sustainable AI frameworks
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG tech standards implementation
