Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, including LLMs and spatial computing.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical requirements.
- Ensure system security, latency optimization, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for quantum-ready algorithms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience designing distributed systems capable of handling high-volume, low-latency data streams.
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
