Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data by the 2026 deadline.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Security, Product) to define technical roadmaps and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize inference latency and model accuracy to ensure real-time responsiveness in mission-critical applications.
- R&D Management: Lead a team of talented engineers in exploring emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
