Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems.
- Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other proprietary tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Manage and oversee link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative domains.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful organic growth campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird, BERT, Helpful Content).
- Proficiency in technical SEO concepts, including site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals).
- Experience with SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
