Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, future-proof systems that can integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential applicability to current and future projects.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance standards are met across all deployed solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
