Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026, anticipating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in our futuristic Innovation Labs
- Develop patent-protected solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers while publishing breakthrough findings in Nature/Science
- Collaborate with governments on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with 2+ commercialized innovations
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for complex systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing $1M+ in government/VC research funding
