Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 AI product roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and continuous improvement.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and define coding standards for the AI team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and RESTful API design.
- Proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
