Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge deep learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from experimental research to production-scale inference optimization.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical mentorship.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex research into practical, market-ready features.
- Ensure system robustness, security, and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing breakthrough research in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and edge computing optimization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in high-growth environments.
