Responsibilities
- Model Engineering: Design, train, and fine-tune proprietary generative models to achieve state-of-the-art performance on complex benchmarks.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable, high-performance inference systems capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research into emerging paradigms such as agentic workflows and self-improving AI systems.
- MLOps Optimization: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate advanced AI research into tangible business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Research Background: A strong publication record in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR) is highly preferred.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of distributed training, GPU optimization, and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
