Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated R&D team conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) studies for next-generation algorithms and neural architectures.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Industry Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, competitor movements, and regulatory shifts to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strategy: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
