We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Research Engineer to lead the development of next-generation autonomous systems and Large Language Models (LLMs). As we prepare for the technological landscape of 2026, we need a leader passionate about pushing the boundaries of Generative AI.
In this high-impact role, you will define the research strategy, build scalable models, and bridge the gap between theoretical AI breakthroughs and practical, high-performance software applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and train state-of-the-art Deep Learning architectures, with a focus on LLMs and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Optimize neural network inference pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency in production environments.
- Lead the research strategy for developing autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate research findings into robust, scalable product features.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
- Conduct rigorous experiments and model evaluations to ensure robustness, safety, and alignment with human values.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning engineering, or academic research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep technical understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed training.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
